Customer experience fail

We purchased two screen protectors and asked to have them installed. Customer service agent seemed annoyed by the request and offered several rebuttals before agreeing to do it. “It’s an extra $6 to do that.” We are really busy” (no one else was there), etc.

Screen protector.

Screen Cracks Often

I haven't dropped/ thrown my phone since getting this protector and it seems to just be cracking only from when my phone is in my pocket. For $25 i'm extremely disappointed in this product.
