I really love the screen protector that my mom have on her phone

This seems to be a very thin product. Every time my phone fell on a hard surface it cracked immediately. I understand that's how it is protecting my phone however, I have never experienced a screen protector crack SO easily with other brands I've used. Although they give you free replacements, it's aggravating to keep going in for it. It's a bit pricey for me.

I only had this screen on for a couple of weeks, and it is already cracked.

I cant get a replacement for my iphonr 16 due to not being in stock.

My son only had the screen saver for a short time when it had cracked.

Good quality but I will say that it does go to the full screen perimeter as it should.

very difficult to put on, even Tech had to replace one time and I asked customer settled for a screen protector with small bubble.

broke as soon as I dropped it once by accident honestly I have never seen a screen protector break so easily honestly I don’t like screen protectors as it is but this one’s terrible

So I bought this because it had a warranty filled out the paperwork registered did all the Watson and whatnot dropped my phone. The first time the protector cracked took it off expecting to get it replaced. Nope, waste of money.

Horrible customer service from Erie Pennsylvania store “ specially from a Assistant manager older lady ‘ bad attitude over a screen protector that has warranty’ when other employees just exchange them and not ask for the old one “ mean while she wants to be rude about it . This product says it’s compatible with both the iPhone 16 AND 15. When I got it, I didn’t think much of it. But, as you may already know, the iPhone 16 screen is slightly larger than the 15. As a result of this, the screen protector does not cover the entire screen. It’s truly a scam for them to say it does, since the end result looks ugly — the edge of the screen protector is very visible on the lit up parts of the screen, and warps colors/text on the display at the corners. DONT GET THIS FOR THE IPHONE 16!!! Save yourself from the same mistake I made.

Within the month, the ZAGG protector had already had a number of cracks in it without any clear reason. I did take advantage of the warrantee, but ZAGG still charged me $10 to replace it.

I am disappointed with this expensive and not good for the value, mine still has bubbles that I cannot get rid of.

I have replaced this screen protector 3 times within 3 months because it cracks if you look at it the wrong way. I usually opt for the cheapest screen protectors so I thought I would upgrade to Zagg but it's been comically terrible. I guess I have gotten my moneys worth with the amount of times I have traded it in.

cracked almost immediately zagg products are normally great products

It's very fragile and has cracked after only 2 drops from my couch to a wooden floor. (It's only been ~7 months.) My previous screen protector from tmobile was way better and lasted 3 years. Wouldn't recommend.

If I am bing honestly not worth the buy or the money.
