Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased 2 of these screen protectors for 2 different phones under the premise of lifetime warranty replacement and they would install the product for you. This made was the entire selling point if the product. One phone was replaced 3 times and installed no questions asked, the other was replaced 4 times, same experience. When I went to replace it again today, the rep at the store with a smiling face handed me the product in the box and said it would be $8 if i wanted them to install it. This was after the expectation was set of lifetime warrenty. He told me that they were always supposed to charge $8 and we have been getting it for free when we shouldnt have so you should be glad you wernt charged every time before this. There was another woman in line for the same thing and said she was promised the same thing as well. What a way to provide a poor customer experience on best buys part and ensure bad word of mouth advertising. Dont trust their sales people, dont trust their warrenties or guarentees. I recommend shopping in store and buying elsewhere.
