Way too fragile. Iv had to take mine back for a replacement 3 times now. Its a free replacement but thats only if they have any in stock. Which my store is always sold out. The hassle of driving up to the store all the time is a pain also.

This required me to make 3 trips there only to be told by the Geek Squad that 2 consecutive orders were wrong. Wasted lots of my time. Someone wasn't paying attention to what was needed. Since the product was delivered to the store, I had no way to check it beffore installation.
