I purchased this product on January, I thought it would be an easy and stress free install but I was wrong. I tried putting the glass through the install kit case which had holes, but each time it didn’t perfectly fit on all the holes. This caused me to mess it up and accidentally place the glass unevenly which eventually led me to keep trying on placing the glass to make it even, and in the end the glass had bubbles that I wasn’t able to remove. I wasn’t satisfied with the bubbles so I went online to use my unlimited replacement. I then tried installing the second screen protector but I also failed. My screen had and still has something that looks like hair but I know it isn’t hair since I wiped my screen. This screen protector is pricey and it only comes with one screen and if you fail it you have to pay to have another one. It’s all annoying, it’s just better to have a best buy employee install one for you or go online like on amazon and buy one of those not name brands that are cheap and come with like 3 screen protectors instead or this cause you have a better chance of installing it correctly.

I have used zag since I purchased my iPhone 5 brand new! Since that time I have never cracked or broken a phone screen! I had broken a few at quite an expense to fix for YEARS prior and it was the associate at the Asheville Best Buy that recommended me using them! It has saved me an amazing amount of money over the years and I highly recommend using zagg on all your phones and tablets!

I always buy zagg because of their warranty and they have never failed to keep me loyal. However, having bought this product after getting a new phone… then finding out the product is no longer sold (even though the phone is a current flagship model) feels really scummy. They have other models of screen protectors but why offer lifetime then stop selling this one specific model for a current gen phone? So I can spend more money on a different model that isn’t worth more than the one I currently have?
