It ended up being 2 different employees that did the transfer - the first being in a hurry because it was time for him to be off from work. One didn’t know what the other had done. First time this has ever happened with Best Buy.

The Best Buy associate offered to place the new shield on my phone & he did it so great!!!

I have been using the Zagg for years. And the ease of them replacing any damaged shield is great. Highy reccommend.

Since I haven’t had it long ( new phone), it’s hard to say. The service at Best Buy was very good and they put the screen on for me, which was great.
