This was an expensive screen protector and given the price I expected much more from it. From installation the screen protector did not adhere to the edges of the screen even though it was applied immediately after the iphone was removed from its packaging and cleaned. It was applied exactly as instructed but despite constantly trying to get the edges to adhere they never did.

I normally don’t use screen protectors, but thought it would be a good idea with how expensive phones are these days. The screen protector cracked within 2 days of putting it on. Phone was in my pocket, screen facing inward, pulled it out and it had a hairline crack from top to bottom. Since then the crack spread and it isn’t usable anymore. For reference, I have never cracked a screen or screen protector on any product I have owned and I did nothing that should have caused a crack. Poor product, especially since it isn’t cheap. Only positive was it was very easy to put it on yourself.

Cracked without my really knowing why, five weeks in. Screen protectors are all largely the same these days with similar hardness it seems. Warranty claim is still $10 for shipping which seems high considering it doesn't weigh anything and is rather small to ship.

Cracked in under two weeks. Only reason it’s not a one star is that it didn’t get my screen cracked.

Bought this screen protector < than a month ago and Already cracked.

The item is very poor quality. I had bought it and had iy applied by Best Buy geek squad. It started to form air bubbles within 1-2 hours. Returned it and went to a different Best Buy location where they put a new one and it caused the same exact problem. So Best Buy geek squad is not the problem - they were fantastic as usual but this is a very poor quality product.

Screen protector crack 4 days after putting it on. Phone was not even dropped. The replacement was “free” but shipping cost $10. Not worth it

Easy installation but cracked within the first 2 weeks and was not a result of a drop or hard impact.

Cracked lowkey easy was expecting more durability.

My screen protector has bubbles, when the associate put it on said it has bubbles should go away. They haven’t.

This protector cracked almost instantly in my wife's purse. Went to use the "Lifetime Warranty". The shipping is $9.99. Zagg knows what they're doing here. That protector cost them a couple bucks, so they make 500% profit on it even with warranty claims. Ridiculous. Would not recommend you buy.

The screen cracked in my pocket 2 days after putting it on my phone. I tried to file for a replacement and the website said it was out of warranty. I emailed their team and they are making me jump through a bunch of hoops (example: resend the receipt as a pdf instead of screenshot). Its been 10 days and I still have not gotten my replacement.

Probably worst screen protector I’ve ever bought.. I dropped it from my lap 2 feet off the ground on soft dirt and it cracked.

I’ve already gone through 3 in a six month span. Dont recommend.

This is a piece of junk that DOES NOT fit Otter Box shell like the Best Buy Genius suggested!

This is Zagg Glass is absolutely ineffective. A cat knocked my phone down off of the table and it chipped the glass and cracked the protective shield.

Screen protectors are the best this works very good

Must-have for the new iPhone 17 Pro Max. They say you don't need one, but as often as I drop mine, it's a no-brainer. Plus...if you're a Total member, they will install it for free. Money-Well-Spent!
