Protects iPhone from damaged if dropped. Semi- waterproof (may need to occasinally take case off to wipe and reassemble). Have dropped iPhone more than a few times w/o any damaged occuring.

Our salesman Michael was very helpful, kind and patient with us. We were upgrading our iPhones and we are not tech savvy. He guided us to the best product for our needs

Is a good screen protector so far. There are others that I used with an easier installation, it can have a guide for example.

Has smudges that I don’t seem to be able to buff out. Phone gets a lot of use so it is a good product to have.

Please start carrying more in stock for previous iphones. Not employees fault at all. 100%on corporate decision making. Most of us still have older iphones. Give us more options. please.

Decent protection but it seems as if they get replaced too often as the corners or edges become a problem

I mean, idk, tbh. I’ve only had it for a tiny bit over a month and it’s already cracked :/ my last one (different brand) I had for over a year and it never cracked. The only thing I like is the lifetime warranty which I haven’t put to the test but I was told when I bought it that I can get it replaced by just going back to a Best Buy so I guess I’ll just go back to a Best Buy and replace it? If it works out then I guess 4 stars is good enough since it cracked after a month. Kbye.

Excellent phone now I don’t have to worry about my phone battery die before I get home. Perfect size my hand no longer aches. Best purchase I ever made thank you Best Buy, your salesman was very helpful.
