I love that the policy covers in store replacement.

It’s already cracked, but at least my phone isn’t. I didn’t drop or hit it on anything, but the screen protector cracked within a couple of days.

Set up an appt to have a tech show and assist me to remove multiple contacts from my iPhone that were transferred after Purchasing from my android Samsun Galaxy 7. They said it couldn’t be done but one at a time and they could not do it.

The screen has already broken. It broke within a week.

My only gripe with this was that it was a pain to figure out how to put it on. I literally had to look up instructions online. I still ended up putting on upside down so I have a small bubble in the middle of my phone screen that won’t go away.

I spoke to three people and all three provided both horrible service AND a lack of actually helping install said product onto my phone. I had an insurance that allowed me to get the screen protector applied for free, however, all three seemed to know nothing of said insurance and made no active attempt to figure out anything about it. During my recent visit, I decided to ignore the fact that I could not use my insurance and simply buy the screen protector full price because I did not see the point of dealing with inexperienced people anymore. Of course, as the title mentions, the service was horrible once again. The person attending me was rude and did not even do his job. (If you're going to apply a screen protector in store, I should not have to manually remove the screen protector myself and then be asked if I wanted to apply the screen protector by hand after I had already paid for application.) I know that this review is not necessarily for the product itself, but letting all you customers know that you don't have to be bothered walking in store at this point. Please, just buy whatever you have to online. It's not worth the time and stress to deal with this service. Clearly, Best buy isn't the best anymore.

It's falling apart on my phone now. The glass shield is cracking and it hasn't been dropped or anything. It's just falling off of my phone.

The protector seem to be somewhat useful, but every so many months I have to replace it, but the actual product is what you see when looking to purchase.

I needed this screen protecter in a pinch because i was travelling and didnt have time to order online. slightly overpriced but so far so good

Sadly this screen protector doesn’t stick well once it’s put on and the cell phone company tries to readjust it. I’ve never had one that wouldn’t restick and I’ve purchased 3 or 4 because of the price.

I've always had great experiences with these. Either my iphone isn't working right or the screen protector isn't. I've had issues my phone not responding when I click/type. It's really frustrating.

It breaks easy, yes you get free replacement but you have to pay shipping everytime. It's just annoying.
