In package directions would have been nice. Not all of your customers are 22 years old! The yellow color was quite disconcerting until one of your staff geeks straightened me out & took care of EVERYTHING.

Bought this in store. The notch at the top is NOT as big as the picture for this item, it is very tiny and I barely saw it, but it was too late for me. (Plus you can get multiple for a cheaper price off Amz).

This is the only brand I’ve bought of these, been buying them for years. But they seem to not be made as good as they used to. Mine and my boyfriends cracked/chipped within a week of having them on.

I applied this protector following the instructions and everything was fine but now that it’s been a few months there are bubbles forming inside of it.

It’s terrible. I adhesive didn’t adhere to the IPhone.

Its peeling off I've purchased this item now within less than 30 days it's cracking and coming off.

Not easy to apply. Spent sever minutes try to figure out how to hook cover on.

An excellent policy that always has a lifetime warranty, but I had to get three new ones this past year seems to break easier now.

I like the way the shield went on but it cracked in several places within a couple of months. I need something more durable

I feel confident the shield will protect my phone, but after a couple installations at Best Buy I still have small bubbles under the shield showing.

I've used Zagg for about 3-4 iPhone models. They seem to hold up for a couple of years so I will continue to use them.

I’ve had this screen protector for about two months. It already has started peeling away from my screen, allowing dust to accumulate and bubbles to form. This product promised a lifetime warranty upon registration on their website, which I did as soon as I bought it. I tried to submit a claim since the screen protector is useless at this point, only to be charged for shipping me a new product. I already overpaid for this product, there is no denying that, but I was willing to do so based on the lifetime warranty. I refuse to pay again for a faulty product and will be purchasing another brand. I strongly recommended others to stay away from this brand.

I’m disappointed. I dropped my phone on my bathroom vinyl flooring and it shattered. It fell about 3ft.

Screen cracks very easily, I would give it one star, but I am giving it 2 stars because Best Buy does do free replacements, just very inconvenient because they make you bring it into the store in person.

I really appreciate the excellent customer service I was given at Best Buy. The screen protector is great.
