Excellent chance the user (like me) will mess it up, leaving the result as a poor surface with either lack of adherence, or foreign matter between protector sheet and phone, or both.

Air bubbles

I tried twice and ended up taking it back to Best Buy. Said would be easy to put on but I had personally had issues.

Ended up throwing it out.

I ended up throwing it out and I still have some sticky residue on the phone even though I cleaned it several times. My daughter also bought one but it was installed for her so it was obviously my fault but then hers broke when she had to remove the case so that one didn't work out either.

Bad Information

The problem is the store hours and the people who do not know the product. I went to the store when it opened to get a replacement screen protector on my iphone. I find out that the cell phone people do not come in for another 45 minutes (this information is not on the web site) The person that changed the screen protector does not know anything about a new case that I wanted to purchase.
