The first drop caused it to crack. I was given a free replacement and it cracked. I can use a cracked screen cover rather than getting a replacement each time. Although the replacement was free, the fee for installing it was $6. So I paid $12 for in addition to the original cost. The exact same thing happened to my wife's!!

Never had an issue with this. Got it for my wife's iPhone 13 and she loves it. Nice and clear and kept the screen protected, even from a few falls.

So far, so good! Installation was easy and it’s done it job for the month I’ve been using it. I wish the installation tray was made of curbside recyclable plastic, or a more eco friendly method could be designed, or even a take-back program could be implemented. Single use plastics are horrible for the environment and throwing this in the landfill after using it for 10 seconds is ridiculous.

Read instructions, then watched a video to make sure I applied glass properly. That was helpful. Despite wiping with alcohol pad, wiping with cloth, then using sticky pad, there still are a few very tiny bubbles but they do not cause any visual problem with screen.

Never go with another brand. Simply zagg. Always saves the phones.

Crystal clear viewing angles! Super easy to install using the included plastic piece that goes over your phone. To guide your way using handles on the side to install. Case friendly. And doesn't cover the front facing camera. And the price is right! Highly recommended.

I really wanted the one above the glass+ defense that was supposadly stronger but was sold out and the other had some privacy tint which I did’t care for, even one with some type of antimicrobial protection…. . i have always been hesistant over screen protectors but this is my favorite and will be buying another one hopefully available for the s21 5G…, smooth and you don’t have to press harder on the screen like other protectors. That same day, I (well my phone) received a compliment, he asked right away “where did you get that screen protector?” i quite frankly could not tell the difference from most if any screen protectors but this person was in awe and even touched it and said very nice. For that compliment and it’s been about 1 month of usage now, looks like new…. A++++ and this is the basic version of the set. Thx

By Zagg Shield had a crack in it called CS Lexi answered and looked up my name, purchase date, card used, etc. Found my info and Receipt # so I could give to Staff to get replacement. Went to BB saw a Brandon, working a CS Return area he took Receipt # and replacement I had gotten off self & checked the system then handed it off the Geek squad to replace. He checked on it for me later and finished putting it back together for me! He did a wonderful Job and was very Personable!! That is Quality Service, & Quality Customer Service! And I should know I helped open the Jefferson Mall in 1978
