Love the product. But The”free” replacement under lifetime warranty has now become so expensive I think it’s a new moneymaker for them. They never have basic replacement available and you always have to upgrade on warranty replacement. And shipping has been inflated. I’m tempted to go with another supplier due to high cost of warranty replacement. If you hold a phone for 3-5 years, you will need multiple replacement screen protectors.

It definitely protects my phone. I drop it all the time and the shield (not my phone screen) has gotten a little cracked in the last year. You can warranty the shield and replace for free (but you pay shipping). It was very easy to install.

The glass is very touch responsive and hard to crack. 100% would recommend. * - Warranty is not technically "unlimited", but you can replace for anything. Say I didn't like the way I put it on. I wouldn't have to break it to get it replaced. I could take it off and get a new one as many times as I would like.

I’ve dropped my phone & cracked the screen twice, both times it protected my phone. I love that I can bring it to Best Buy, and someone will apply a new screen for me and replace it for free.
