It ended up being 2 different employees that did the transfer - the first being in a hurry because it was time for him to be off from work. One didn’t know what the other had done. First time this has ever happened with Best Buy.

Took hours on phone to get phone to proper set-up.

I have dropped my phone accidently multiple times, and so far there is only 1 visible scratch.
