I have inadverteently dropped my phone a few times and was pleased that there wasn't any damage- even when it hit tile or concrete. The only down side for me is that it is heavier than I am used to.

The tech put the new cover on my phone and it's perfect. I usually fumble and find a bubble or little lint under it when I do it myself.

Previous screen protectors have broken but not the main phone screen thank goodness. It says 95% stronger that other screen protectors... Hopefully thats true. Nice screen protector. To eary to know how it holds up its only been a week lol. But Zagg has a great warranty also, so make sure to register your product!

Kieran was awesome.. she was at the store entrance. When I walked in I asked her.. who do I talk to to? I bought a Zagg glass for my iPhone 2 weeks ago. But was too afraid to put it on myself. She took total control and walked me back to the cell area.. took charge and replaced my broken glass with the new Zagg glass in ko time.. then I had to pay the lame $8.. totally worth it.. thank you Kieran.
