I needed a new shield because I had accidentally dropped my phone in water. I had to remove my old shield to prepare my phone to sit in dry rice to dry out. After my phone was dry, I put the old shield back on but it had bubbles all under it that I could not remove. After several months of putting up with the bubbles, I went to Best Buy to get a new one. The gentleman was very nice and help and I appreciate all the work he did to prepare my phone and put the new shield on for me. I always have exceptional service at Best Buy.

This glass shield is great. It is very clear and does not inhibit typing. The sales rep in the cell phone area at Best Buy did a super good job applying it.

This screen protector does a good job and they stand behind their product. I had a crack in my screen protector and they replaced it for free
