    Screen broke the first time my son dropped his phone on a hard (concrete) surface. It did keep the phone screen from breaking but it now needs to be replaced; 1 drop use is not good

    It is a screen protector. Not much more to say. It IS disappointing that Best Buy now charges a fee to install it. I will buy elsewhere next time and not pay the high Best Buy price.

    Truly? is there any other way to protect that expensive iPhone screen than the ZAGG? I found out the wrong way and now I know the first thing to do when purchasing a new phone! PUT ON THE ZAGG!

    I have no issue with the screen protector but the fact that Best Buy wanted me to pay extra to install it is absurd. If you purchase something like that, than it should be a free installation. I’m not purchasing another screen protector again from this company until they change the policy.

    It's working but it only took about a month for it to start chipping and cracking- I don't think I've been any more rough with it than I have been with other screen protectors in the past, and those lasted six months plus before they started to wear.
