Great protector for my daughter who drops the phone almost daily.

Didn’t protect phone still got cracked not at all pleased with this product can’t get through to store by phone to make a complaint I’ll keep calling

Already has a hair line crack. Protector already has a hair line crack at the top by the speaker. Protector only has been on for about two weeks. I had other protectors that lasted 6 months.

Good but I broke it fast. Only because i'm very clumsy :|

This is an excellent protective cover. It is clear A huge advantage for this item is if it does get scratched or chipped underneath your phone is protected and if you bring it to Best Buy, you can get a free replacement cover. Worth a couple of dollars more to get quality protection for expensive phones

Shield is already cracked don’t know why or how but it is cracked

I really thought I was getting a good screen saver but these things break within days of them being on. I feel like it is hoax that Best Buy gets $10 to install it. I ended up getting a different screen saver as I’ve had to get 4 of these within 3 months.

Sorry but I just gone threw 2 of these in about 2 weeks. I liked the guides lining things up, but trying to get out thoes air pockets, the first easily chipped and cracked on installation! Then during the week, got worse. Just got a replacement last weekend and the thing chipped and cracked in less then a week and now its really bad. Im not hard on my phone by any means. Not dropped. It just happened. Not good. Thankfully I can get a replacement due to warranty, but this is getting old. Not good if these things are so delicate they cant last a week.

They canceled my order and didn't even notify me. It's not like they didn't have my contact info.

My phone slipped out of my hand the next day and the screen cracked severely.

I've used ZAGG screen protectors for for my iPhone, and been satisfied, but this time for whatever reason, there was chipping on the screen almost immediately after purchase and install by the Geek Squad. I've had my phone for 4 years and only recently cracked the screen. Added the ZAGG protector and it only lasts about a week. Now little pieces of plastic flake away as I use my phone. Very disappointed in the quality and price for what I paid.

It breaks to easily. I will only buy if insurance is available.
