The previous protector stopped the damage to the crystal in my IPhone SE. I had the phone checked and everyone agreed that the crystal was cracked, but when I brought it in for repair and they removed the crystal protector it had done it job and taken the punishment and protected the crystal. So I had a $30 bill instead of a $200 bill. So I was glad to replace the protector and I got a clean phone again.

I am buying this a second time because it did a very good job protecting my phone when I accidentally smacked it on a door frame. The protector cracked, but the phone was fine. Just go slow when you put it on the phone. I had no bubbles under it the first time, but I went a little too fast this time and got a few on the edge.

Used Zagg ever since I can remember. After seeing the other phone this one replaced I knew I wasn't stopping until it was Zagged. You can't beat first hand solid performance of a product until it does so. Zagg has proven to me that it was way better than the competition. I was told by the tech the warranty is totally different from back in the day. If the screen breaks I take it back to the store and they replace it with a Zagg. Downfall if they are out of stock they have to order it to be replaced.

I dropped my phone recently and it actually worked well and did what it was supposed to do

I have purchased many cell phone glass shield protectors in the past but this was the first time purchasing one at Best Buy. Within the first week I dropped the phone and it definitely held up. When I was having it installed I was told that if anything was to happen, or if it cracked for any reason, Best Buy would replace it for free no questions asked. For this reason I will never buy another screen protector anywhere else. Love a company that stands by their products!!!

Item chipped after what appeared to be minor contact but otherwise good fit, easy to apply, and did its job.

Easy to install, and lifetime replacement warranty is a huge plus.

I really like this screen protector. I have gone through several and each one has cracked a few days after I put it on . This protector has been on over a month and still like new. I also love that Best Buy will replace it if it does crack. Very good price for such a great screen protector. Highly recommend!

The shield has protected my screen and was replaced twice when I got it last time. The only downside is that it makes the touch screen less responsive

Recently replaced my old screen cover with a new zagg screen cover purchased at the Burnsville Best Buy. It was easy to use and was thoroughly satisfied with its quality. The associates at the store were not only knowledgable but very easy to understand. I can recommend this Best Buy fully to anyone else.

This product has protected my phine screen extremely well

This is the second protector i’ve had installed in last 6 months. First one cracked in first 2 weeks that I had it. Best buy geeks were great and replaced it for nothing and the protection successfully protected my phone but they seem fragile to me.

Very nice, looks like no air pockets or smudges. Was easy to put on and looks like it will protect it for a good while.

Even if your screen does break, it holds everything together and the phone continues to work.
