This is a great phone for my kid. He is enjoying it.

The warranty is great. I always have it replaced with no issue, no questions asked. However it seem to get very fine scratches easily and when accumulated become non transparent.

Runs a little slow sometimes. The screen lags occasionally when switching between apps. I also didnt realize it was not wireless charging compatible but the pgone does what I need it to do

Had it "installed" by the geek squad, and it constantly gave me issues , specifically both lower corners kept peeling up..

The product peels off super easily from the edge of the screen, not highly recommended.

my phone fell off my lap sitting down and CRACKED. it was a few months protecting my phone

This phone is garbage barley works an is super slow

Good cheap phone. Same Samsung quality as high end Samsung

I have had to switch the same phone twice due to the phone blacking out completely and due to the phone freezing to the point you see nothing but and arrow on the phone. Then on top of that Geek squad and some of the customer service are rude and not helpful. I've been reaching out to the district manager and still have not gotten a response. This is very unprofessional and disturbing. I'm seeking legal help at this point.

On the first drop it broke and the crack made it to the screen will be turning the phone in because i paid for accidental protection

Expensive screen protector that already had bubbles forming under it within a few days of being on the phone. Was purchased for a kids phone and it had to be replaced within a few weeks. I have had cheap ones that held up better.

Broke on day 2, cracked for no reason. Bought a cheaper one on Amazon and it works fine.

Shattered on a fall fromm 16 or so inches. Not only underperformed but was very expensive.

It cracked after only a week. Have to see if the warranty is as good as they say.

Ordered under the impression I was getting a phone case. Seems like it'll work well but is way too expensive for just a screen protector. Get a Ghostek case so you can protect both the screen and the outside
