I am not sure that I can get used to it. It's taking up too much time, and is frustrating. I could use some advice from the Geek Squad.

Needs frequent replacement

I always have it replaced with no issue, no questions asked. However it seem to get very fine scratches easily and when accumulated become non transparent.

The screen lags occasionally when switching between apps. I also didnt realize it was not wireless charging compatible but the pgone does what I need it to do

Defective phones.

Then on top of that Geek squad and some of the customer service are rude and not helpful. I've been reaching out to the district manager and still have not gotten a response. This is very unprofessional and disturbing. I'm seeking legal help at this point.
