Decent but could be better

Best buy lied directly to our faces

We bought the screen protector and had Best Buy install because they warranted the product. Then, 43 days after purchase, the screen protector cracked. Best Buy refused to honor their warranty. They did not replace the protector. They kicked us out of the store. Very unprofessional. They did not honor their agreement to replace the product. Why would we have had them install the product if other than to have a warranty? This is a classic example of Best Buy talking sideways out of their mouths to give the customers a sense of security. While all the while they never intended the product to fail. I know that buyers must be aware of corporate sales tactics. Please know that Best Buy will not honor their promise to replace this item, should it fail. They lied directly to our faces.

Huge Waste of Money for Little to No Protection

Best Buy needs to step it’s game up when it comes to cases for new flagship cell phones and have multiple quality choices for every phone. The case itself offers very little to NO phone protection, especially the front screen portion. My phone as damaged within two days of buying due to NO PROTECTION from this horrible thing trying to pose as a case!!! DO NOT BUY!!! I WILL BE returning mine!!

Not case friendly

Poor quality

Best buys exchange policy is even worse trying to get you to spend 70 dollars for a install and protection.
