Too much unsupported plastic that will crack

Has a manufacturer warranty but you have to pay shipping to get it replaced. Went with Spigen 3 piece camera lens protector instead when replacing it. Its better to have separate protectors for each lens than one big lens protector.

Terrible quality

Attempted to return to store but was told we had to go through the manufacturer's warranty which would have cost us more to ship it to the manufacturer than what it was worth. Big disappointment

Not worth the money or time.

I was told by Best Buy associate the product has lifetime warranty as long as item availability was in stock. To my surprise the sales associate steered me wrong, I went back to replace the case and found out warranty on any thing zagg not screen protector has to be resolved by manufacturer website.

Scam and broke after a week

I was told in stores that "it's a lifetime warranty, just come in and we replace it". Only to find out that no, you have to register on ZAGGS sight and pay $10 for shipping costs. Such a waste of money and I wish Best Buy employees gave the accurate info.

I was suggest this if you’re a mountain climber or someone does drop your phone 5 times a day . A child maybe . The normal human. Will not need this . Nothing wrong with the design, extreme quality. Poor warranty service
