Not long after purchasing, it would not remain on the lenses. I read the poor reviews, and those who lied indicating it was a great product. It continued to fall off. Now, it's totally lost! I want my money back!!

Then when I went to Best Buy they would not replace it. They said I had to return it to Zagg to get the warranty. When I bought the cover I was under the impression that Best Buy would replace it for the lifetime of my device. Now I have to go a different route that is time consuming and inconvenient, I’m not happy with Best Buys customer service nor Zaggs camera protector and warranty it’s a joke, and I feel scammed and mislead by both companies and will take my business elsewhere.

After installing the protector, there were small bubbles underneath. They were so tiny i could have lived with them but some were in front of the Lidar lens and it made a huge difference in the picture quality. You pay $200 more for the Pro for the better camera and the Lidar lens is mostly what makes the difference.
