Poor workmanship

When putting it on my iPad the tabs used for centering it are supposed to be easy break away on the top and bottom. Unfortunately I found out that they don’t break away, more like tear, quite unevenly. Now I had to get a razor to cut the excess off.

Not sure how it happened, I’m not very rough with it and I haven’t dropped it. Pretty upset about the crack.

Shattered

When I opened the package at home, it was completely shattered. Best Buy did take it back and refunded my money. I did not purchase another there, as I found it at lower cost at another store.

Bad Customer Service

Any other place that you purchase a Zagg item the store from which you purchased it from will install it for free. Dianne was also very rude and not professional. I would not purchase anything from Best Buy. If you need a Zagg screen protector installed on any device go to CPR Cell phone repair in Newington. NH.
