We took it into best buy and they replaced it. Awesome customer service. The shield works. Without it we would have needed a new screen.

Kudos to Alex and David and the guy/ greeter at door who helped me find the screen protector wish I would’ve gotten his name. I walked away thinking ,wow, you don’t see that type of service very often anymore. I hope every future employee can be as nice and helpful as them. Extremely polite, efficient and kind. What a pleasant experience. Thank you!

It has a lifetime warrnety.
