The sales man lies to me about the product. It falsely identifies as a perfect fit. Does not fit correctly and case won’t stay in. Very disappointed.

The Zagg doesn't hold up. We have had to replace it several times. It lifts up and it cracks. Best Buy stands behind it completely. That's the great thing about it. had the lifting problem with iWatch 10 as well

Cracks easy, costs a pretty penny and not worth it.

Maybe it was just me, but after it cracked two times, both within days of applying it and despite serious precaution, I have to leave it at one star review. I really wanted to like it, as I figured paying more for a more quality screen protector would protect my new iPhone better than a budget one, but it seemed as though (at least for me) both times it cracked exceptionally easily. To this day I dont know how - its almost as if they cracked in my pocket from my keys or something. Shouldnt happen. But after the initial purchase and the replacement warranty, both cracking almost immediately, despite careful care, AND Seeing how my current new insignia model has been holding up exceptionally better in comparison, I have to advise anyone to just get the budget Insignia brand model instead. Even with the warranty it’s not worth it.

I bought the case the first time and I wanted to make sure the employee put it on my account so I can change it for free but he didn’t so when I wanted to change it when it broke I needed to pay the full amount again

I've never had something crack so easily. I'm on my second one.

The screen protector works great for about a month or two then the scratches show up or cracks in the protector appear I am glad that I am able to have them replaced for free each time

I bought this screen protector for $35, convinced by the warranty it came with. However, the protector broke just two days after installation. When I tried to use the warranty, I found out you have to pay $15 for a replacement, plus a shipping fee—unless you choose the cheaper version, which is free, but you still have to pay for shipping.

The screen protector was easy to install. However, it lasted all of three days before cracking. I dropped my phone from the couch to the floor and that was enough to chip and crack the entire protector.

Feels nice but breaks very easily. I’ve had it for less than 2 months and I’m on my third one. Fortunately the guarantee is solid with no questions asked replacement. Overall, I’m disappointed and I expected better.

I purchased this on December 12th. I’ll start with my iPhone 15 pro also has an otterbox case on it. I dropped it on a carpeted floor on Christmas Day and the edge of the screen chipped and caused cracks. On the 26th I paid $10 for shipping to have it replaced through warranty. I didn’t receive the replacement until January 17th. Today on the 19th, I’m at work and my phone fell off my desk onto the tile floor. Hard surface I know, but there’s nothing to hit. The phone I’m assuming had to hit an edge but landed on its back, and now has another chip and single crack going across the screen. Save the money and buy a 3 pack of generic protectors for 1/3 the price.

They do jit make screen protectors like the used too. I have replaced this brand several time because the protector screen cracked.

I ordered a screen protector for an iPhone 15 Pro and Best Buy sent me one for an iPhone 15 pro which doesn’t fit. I waited until after my phone was repaired to open the package and by then it was too late to return.

This was a replacement for another shield that had a lifetime warranty. This one cracked within a month, but to get a new one I have to pay eight dollars to have it put in, as I had difficulty with the first one having bubbles.

Protected phone for about a month now it is cracked again.

I purchased one week ago, and my phone feel off of my coffee table onto a wooden floor and the has cracked up already.

Finger prints show all over screen, even though this product claims to be smudge free. I assume it had some type of coating from factory, but after a week prints showed just as easily as a regular screen cover. No amount of cleaning makes it print/smudge free again. Not worth the extra money. Glass is also no thicker than the cheap glass screen protectors bought off amazon. Breaks just as easily too. Save your money.

Very disappointed. I can no longer use Apple pay as the button that is used won’t work with this case readily. It is disappointing .

This product does not live up to its name. Bearly added and now it’s cracked again.

These shields are great but the product was packaged very poorly. The instructions were in a foreign language and was missing a key component, the squeegee. This made it extremely difficult to remove air bubbles from under the shield. Where the heck did this stock come from? Bummer!
