Their plan they have with Best Buy where you can replace your screen protector for free after paying the initial $8 fee is amazing and comes in clutch.

The screen protector is excellent in durable but the “privacy mode” made this product disappointing. Although the screen protector makes it more dim to see the screen on the sides, people can still see what I’m looking at; making the whole purpose of the product useless. Another issue is any finger prints hinder the “privacy mode” making it more easy to see what from the side. You can also noticeably see the lines in the screen protector making the “privacy mode” work.

My only complaint is the restricted viewing angles you have when using this particular type of screen protector.
