I am a loyal customer to this brand. Unfortunately what I believe to be a new design and thickness of product has changed for the worse. I have replaced my screen more times in the last two weeks than in the last couple of years. One drop and cracked.

I bought 2 screen protectors, same brand, different sizes. Anti glare for iPhone 16 & Privacy Screen for iPhone 15pro. They didn’t last long & have both been replaced by screen protectors I bought on Amazon for less than $10 lol

Worst screen protector I’ve ever had. Their advertising got me when they said “lifetime warranty.” I thought, this is the one I need — they wouldn’t offer a warranty if it was poor quality. Turns out it’s the worst quality of all time. Any small damage to the screen makes it crack. Don’t buy it.

very brittle broke one and a month later another one broke

I’m not new to screen protector application. This kit has everything you need, including a guide. It’s pretty expensive and the brand is well known so I expected quality but was disappointed. This was applied to a brand new phone; I opened the screen protector packaging before the phone box. I made sure I was working in the correct environment and everything was clean. The guide went on easily, and there were a lot of bubbles. All but 2 bubbles eventually settled. Now I just get to stare at this expensive mistake every time my phone is in front of me.

Not worth the money. Had on my phone less than a week before it cracked. Went to order my lifetime replacement and Zagg was out of stock. Now I am without a screen protector again. I will stick to the cheap multipacks from Amazon. At least with those, I am never without a protector. Only plus is that the installation was really easy.

I’ve had this cover since August 2024, so 4 months. It became so cracked that my Face ID didn’t work anymore, despite meticulously caring for my phone. I literally took it off and it cracked in my hand like rock candy. Total disappointment.

its just okay, more annoying to deal with if you're just trying to glance at your phone bc you can't see it

Crack within 2 days ……. It chipped along the bottom of the screen so now it is very difficult to swap up! I like the feel and look the 1st day

Screen cracked one hour after putting it on. Not impressed with the durability.

Started lifting the next day and cracked within a week

Zagg iPhone case was purchased by my dad for his iPhone.

It was great until I realized that the person installing my screen protector ripped out my lens protector on my iPhone. I realized it when I was driving back home. Went back the next day and no one even bothered to help me find a solution.

I’ve had to replace this screen protector 3 times. Not sure if it’s the protector or just the overall quality of being the privacy one but it’s bad. Keeps cracking and chipping all over. I have one but not the privacy one and it has been good, no problems but this one has been nothing but issues.

I have bought atleast 6 & each one has cracked. Just put this one on last week & already has a crack. Haven’t dropped or thrown phone so no idea how they keep cracking with no actual physical damage done.

Wrong one was in stalled. They had no idea of what they were doing. I recommend the product*** only when the correct one is installed.

Don't like the privacy feature of the screen. Screen cracked within a couple days of getting it.

Not too stoked on this product honestly. It cracked within a month, without me dropping it...

This expensive screen protector shattered on day 2. The phone fell from a coffee table to the ground, about 2 feet. Not worth the money at all
