Couldn't get screen protector replaced without having to get a more expensive screen protector only 2 months after original purchase (and pay more). Employees and manager told me different things. I was told by the a manager even if they had the same item in stock I couldn't do an even exchange/ warranty replacement. I would have to pay more if the item now cost more. Very frustrating. Not worth it and not what I was originally told or told by the employee earlier today while trying to do the warranty replacement. Also now they charge to put the screen protector on. That wasn’t a thing just a few months ago.

My screen wasn't broken but this is the second time I have had to replace it

It was only one screen protector. A price was very ridicous if installing a screen protector failed. I do not recommend it...

Screensaver RIP OFF

When I went back to Best Buy they were conviently out of them, so I was told that I could order or upgrade . This is product is cheap junk and the warranty is nothing more than a sales gimmick.
