Have used Zagg for years and have never had a broken screen, only a few broken screen protectors. Love the warranty as well. Makes it incredibly easy to get a new one if needed.

Got this for my new phone, and got the best buy membership, so when my screen protector broke a few months after getting my phone they replaced it for free and installed it for free too! Saved me a lot of money! :)

While pricey, I enjoy this screen protector. After a few scratches, nothing major, it was nice to cash in on the lifetime warranty that Best Buy gave and have them replace it with no additional cost to myself. Very content given I was initially skeptical about the warranty.

Literally had it on my phone for 3 days before it cracked. This is the first expensive phone I've ever bought (Pixel 9 Pro) so you can believe me when I tell you I've babied this thing. It has a Spigen Rugged Armor case, and I've been almost absurdly careful. Doesn't matter, no impact that I can see nor was aware of. Screen protector is cracked right across the middle. I had Geek Squad install it before I even ever physically touched the phone. Hopefully they'll either replace it or refund it because for $50 it should make it more than 3 days in a pocket by itself. On the plus side, it looks good, feels nice, and the fingerprint reader works as well as any of these horrid through-the-screen readers do.
