It was replaced and she is a happy camper. I have called Zagg multiple times to get the screen replaced because I had to buy the new one when it should have been replaced by Zagg still under warrantee. I have never been able to speak with anyone as no one answers the phone. I'm happy with the screen protecter but not impressed with Zagg's customer service at all.

Accidents do happen, things do get dropped. So far, no screen breakage ever with these applied. This one is the same. The fit is great!
