Doing it OUR way

Every time the store did it, they added a foam spray, a call back to Zagg installs from about 5 years ago, and each time I got a weird pattern to develop under the glass, contact was fine but ultimately made it difficult to see. When I pressed the issue after the 2nd install, they just scoffed at me like I didn't know what I was talking about, but I asked why they would want you to use a product that didn't come with it. Does Best Buy know something that Zagg isn't sharing with the non-best Buy consumer? Again, they just scoffed. When I returned the 4th time and insisted that I not be charged for the installation since they continued to mess it up. My wife has the same phone same cover, and different store 0 problems. The response on the 4th visit was that I could install it myself, but then what service had I paid for the other 3 times? Which I did, several weeks ago, and the screen is still flawless.

Strong screen protector

It's fallen face down multiple times out of my car and each time I've thought "it had to break this time" and I have continued to be pleasantly surprised
