This is excellent customer service . The shield was easy to fit as the instructions were clear . It covers well the screen of the I phone . The collection at the store was easy and staff helpful . My phone screen was in mint condition despite my zagg shield seeing better days. I would keep buying these shields because they seem to work well and will be replaced for free. Mine lasted about a year and half.

It's nice that ZAGG has the warranty promise as I have broken it plenty and got it replaced for nonextra charge

Best Buy did a great job installing. This replaced some plastic screen protector Verizon installed and I'm so glad I got this. I forget it's even there. Worth the investment.
