While I have had the shield get cracked on a couple of them, the phone was undamaged - which is the whole point of the glass protector. I always get Zagg because they will replace the shield if it does get a crack in it. I like a company that stands behind their product.

So I got this looking for some added protection. I dropped my phone on gravel and it cracked the screen protector but saved my glass.

I will come back to eat another one when needed, but it was worth the price.

Best Buy did a great job installing. This replaced some plastic screen protector Verizon installed and I'm so glad I got this. I forget it's even there. Worth the investment.
