Cracked in one week

I purchased this glass screen protector for my iPhone 11 exactly a week ago and it is already cracked. I haven’t dropped my phone at all. I don’t have any clue how this has happened. It’s okay I guess because I know it can be replaced for free, but it’s inconvenient that I will have to take the time out of my day to go get it replaced.
