Screen protect is fine and comes with lifetime warranty

Best Buy employees are truly the best! Always! I'm giving this screen protector for Apple iPhone 12 five starts because the product offers great protection and includes replacements as necessary. I had waited before I purchased this to do anything about what looked like a cracked screen, but was actually a cracked protector. Thanks to the Best Buy team, I now realize that it was an easily fixable issue. My recent protector has scratched soon after purchase, and I'm on my say to get a free replacement!

The Zagg shields are great protection for glass screens. The clairty and feel if it is great. The lifetime warranty/replacement program is great too.

I've had this glass protector on a couple of my iPhones and they do the trick. I have protected the actual iPhone screen from breaking. What I love is that if the protector gets too many cracks, it can be replaced for a fraction of the cost of a new iPhone screen! I love the option of having the folks at Best Buy installing it. They are so professional and quick at it, it's worth it all the way! I will always have one of these protectors on any iPhone of mine in the future!

Had to find a screen protector because Apple quit selling the protector for my wife's phone. Best Buy had just what I needed. It's a great protector and looked great after The Geek Squad installed it in minutes. Made my wife happy again not having a crack screen protector.

So, this is a great glass protector for the IPhone 11 Pro. The only reason this is not a 5-star review is that a bubble popped up near the power button about 1-1.5 weeks after it was installed. There was nothing that happened to cause this, it just wasn't there, then it was. The bubble could not be pushed out, because the protector was still adhered to the edge of the phone. I'm not sure how this happened, but it was not the first Zagg that did this (a prior one did the same thing, also in about 1-1.5 weeks). I've tried a third time as I believe the product is great, but I'm watching to see what might cause this issue if it happens again. Either way, I do like the protection, I just want to not have the protector pop up like it has.

Excellent screen protector. Great warranty! If it gets messed up just take it back to Best Buy and they will replace it.
