The product is well made and seems to work well. It comes with a guide to get the protective glass placed perfectly -- but I missed and got mine on a little crooked. It still looks nice, works well, and I'm certain it's protecting my phone. I did notice that I need to work a little harder when touching scroll bars and other "touch points" close to the edge of the glass. I'm not sure if that's a phone thing, a fat finger thing, or related to the screen protector. But my money is on the protector. I still love it and would by another.

Great protector. I also had an Otter case with this ZAGG. I did have a chip that occured from a bad drop. Phone screen was protected. Warranty replaced the ZAGG.

I never get an iPhone without a screen protector to protect the phone glass from drops & scratches. Plus Zagg warrants the screen protector.

Ever since I purchased my first glass screen protector I was sold!! I am not rough with my phones but I use an otter case to protect it so why not use the glass screen protector. It was only 2 weeks after I purchased my new phone with the lifetime warranty glass protector that I saw a crack on the screen. I went to the store, had it replaced for free and about a couple of months later another crack, had it replaced again. I am not rough with my phone, but when it goes into my pocketbook, that's a different story!

I feel much safer now that I purchased a screen protector, I dropped my case a lot and this has worked out perfect so far.

This screen protector is a great way to save your iPhone screen. I had one before and dropped my phone in gravel. I've had this glass protector on a couple of my iPhones and they do the trick. I have protected the actual iPhone screen from breaking. What I love is that if the protector gets too many cracks, it can be replaced for a fraction of the cost of a new iPhone screen! I love the option of having the folks at Best Buy installing it. They are so professional and quick at it, it's worth it all the way! I will always have one of these protectors on any iPhone of mine in the future!

This screen shield protects the phone from scratches and it is also guaranteed so that if it is scratched, then it can be replaced.

I guess the last review was not for the item but for the Geek Squad "installation" of it. Ooops. Anyhow, the screen protector worked well enough, since it protected my phone and only the screen protector cracked. And since it was under warranty, it didn't cost much to get a new one put on.

Best Buy employees are truly the best! Always! I'm giving this screen protector for Apple iPhone 12 five starts because the product offers great protection and includes replacements as necessary. I had waited before I purchased this to do anything about what looked like a cracked screen, but was actually a cracked protector. Thanks to the Best Buy team, I now realize that it was an easily fixable issue. My recent protector has scratched soon after purchase, and I'm on my say to get a free replacement!

I bought this screen for my new iPhone 11 pro max and had BB staff apply for me. It is crystal clear and appears durable. Can’t beat the warranty either!
