Great protector. I also had an Otter case with this ZAGG. I did have a chip that occured from a bad drop. Phone screen was protected. Warranty replaced the ZAGG.

I love the cover, the only issue I have is that Best Buy no longer honors a warranty and will not fix it in the store anymore. I’ve always been able to just go into Best Buy and replace the cover there free of charge. Now I have to go to the actual company. Which means there’s a huge delay. And of course my phone fell recently and my cover cracked. But it did not damage my phone. Which is the reason I love these products. It’s just going through the actual company is a little bit more of a pain than I wanted to have. And it literally changed that last day that I was in there to buy this product in September. But anyway as I stated before it’s really a great cover for my iPhone. I’m very pleased with the product overall.

I love these newer glass protectors the thickness makes them so easy to apply without getting bubbles under them. It does it’s job very well and I actually think it makes my screen look better. I’m very particular about my phones if I get even a tiny scratch on my screen its all I can see lol I know its a problem I’m working on it. I also got this for $10 less cause I was going to buy a cheaper one but the employee couldn’t find it in stock yet another reason I absolutely love Best Buy.

Very protective! Even though i had to replace mine twice it only because I have children that like to man handle my phone, this product is 10/10! because it has dropped so many times and even the protector only has minor scratches. Will go and replace when I have the time and I love the lifetime warranty on the case!

A must for any phone. I’ve purchased these for last 3 phones and have never had any problems with scratches, cracks, etc. they work great.

First one cracked. Replaced for free. Best Buy worker did a great job removing old one and putting new one on. I feel like I have a new phone!

The Salesperson recommended this product and then, for a small fee installed - thank goodness--he was better at cleaning and precisely attaching the shield on my phone. I am accustomed to handling a klunky phone in protective box. This shield has made me more comfortable, foregoing the klunky, awkward box cover for a more fashionable slim feel protective outer cover, knowing I have the protection on the face of my phone, I can now use my phone more effectively, and much easier.
