WHEN BOUGHT THE OLD ONE, it had life time free replacement, as they not longer have it in the Store, was replaced for this new one.No extra pay. CUSTOMER SERVICE person was so helpful to do this Transaction. HAPPY i bought it at BB .

Great Screen Protector for your I-Phone!

It worked perfectly when my phone fell out of my pocket and hit the ground. It protected the screen and it looked like I had broken my screen. Fortunatley it was the screen protector that had taken the impact. The screen was perfectly protected. Just as easy as replacing the old screen protector and the phone was good as new!

The gentleman was nice to place it on for a extra fee which that should of been free after buying the protective glass from Best Buy..
