I've been using them for quite some time and have not had an issue with one before. Their warranty is great. If you need a new one simply log in to your account (you can set up an account and register your product after you purchase one) and request a warranty replacement and just pay for the shipping. They do require you send back the old one attached to a sheet of paper with your order information listed on the front of the envelope. With Zagg you don't have to worry about your keys or loose pocket change or anything hitting your screen because you know its well protected. The glass ones make it very difficult to tell you have one on your screen and no rolling up on the edges.

My son has cracked the screen protector multiple times and it’s saved my actual screen from being cracked so I’m thankful!

Plus if the screen protector cracks and you registered it with zag you get a brand new one and only pay 6 bucks for shipping! Yes you pay a little more but worth it!!

I've had my screen protector for a little over a year and it keeps my phone protected really well from food particles. Also, I'm accident prone so it also works really well for protecting my screen when I drop my phone.
