Where did it break?

While it could have been damaged during shipping, it could have equally been damaged during the unwrapping. We'll never know. I bought zagg screen protectors in the past for phones and they've been very good for those devices.

It feels like the original screen which makes it really easy to write on. The only thing that I think is ridiculous is that Best Buy has to charge $15 to put it on When I spend that much money you better put it on for free. They did my cell phone!
