Prior to that, my glass protectors would be on my phone for the life of my phone before trade - usually every 2 years - with no problems.

Its edge-to-edge coverage and protection lack any advanced features. While ZAGG has created a superior product for the latest phones, they have left those of us with devices under two years old with no options. It's outrageous that I should have to buy a new phone just to get a decent screen protector.

I waited at the geek squad desk for 20 minutes. As I waited for 20 minutes, I saw over 20 blue shirt BEST BUY employees walk by talking and NOT ONE person acknowledged me or asked if I’ve been helped. I finally walked over to one guy who was walking past me named “REY” and asked if he could help me or call someone and he responded with a smirk “I don't work in that department” and started to walk away from me. So I addressed him again and asked for a supervisor. He says ok and walks away and then calls over his supervisor name Luke to come help me. I’m not sure if this is called customer service now a days, but this was completely unacceptable and rude. I am a paying customer and I felt disregarded and dismissed. Even when Luke came to help, there was no apology even when I expressed I was upset! This is what you call customer service!? How do you work in this field if you don’t want to help people?
