Best screen protector on the market. Haven’t broken a screen since 2011

These screen protectors are advertised as 11x strength… however, I’ve cracked 3 with small drops that didn’t even scratch or scuff my case. Not only that, it seems like it is just a bunch of thin pieces of glass glued together. When you crack one, there are small splintering shards of glass that hurt on contact. You end up having to replace it over and over again. I guess that is why they have a “lifetime warranty”.

Cracked quickly but was glad they had in stock. Will be replacing with ZAGG.

This product is unacceptable for the shelves. Its edge-to-edge coverage and protection lack any advanced features. While ZAGG has created a superior product for the latest phones, they have left those of us with devices under two years old with no options. It's outrageous that I should have to buy a new phone just to get a decent screen protector.

Quick delivery and install. Looks great. Order to pickup was easy.

Zagg is the way to go. It always protects your phone.

Today I went into this store to replace my screen protector…. I waited at the geek squad desk for 20 minutes. As I waited for 20 minutes, I saw over 20 blue shirt BEST BUY employees walk by talking and NOT ONE person acknowledged me or asked if I’ve been helped. I finally walked over to one guy who was walking past me named “REY” and asked if he could help me or call someone and he responded with a smirk “I don't work in that department” and started to walk away from me. So I addressed him again and asked for a supervisor. He says ok and walks away and then calls over his supervisor name Luke to come help me. I’m not sure if this is called customer service now a days, but this was completely unacceptable and rude. I am a paying customer and I felt disregarded and dismissed. Even when Luke came to help, there was no apology even when I expressed I was upset! This is what you call customer service!? How do you work in this field if you don’t want to help people?

I'm not sure what happened to the quality of this glass protector but with no material change in how I use my phone, I've been thru 2 of them in the past 6 months - both broken/shattered by very small drops. Prior to that, my glass protectors would be on my phone for the life of my phone before trade - usually every 2 years - with no problems.

When we purchased this plan we were told that anytime we had scratches on our Apple cell phone screen they would be replaced for free. That happened a couple of times but suddenly Best Buy suddenly now charges $7.99 to replace the screen. This seems to be a breech of our original agreement

Broke right away from small fall, couldn’t get replacement. Went to otter box instead

How does it make sense to pay $65 for a product then you all turn around and want more money to put it on?? Make that make sense. I retuned it and am returning the case I bought also. Not impressed.

Ordered two replacements and would almost crack immediately after applying it to my phone. Switched to the Glass Elite VisionGuard style through the Zagg Warranty Replacement program and its lasting way longer.

The Glass XTR4 tempered glass screen protector was easy to install and says that is is 11x stronger than a traditional glass screen. I replaced a privacy screen that I was usng that had cracked after I dropped my phone. Although I liked having the privacy screen, it made me worried that the screen cracked after i dropped my phone. I am very hopefull that the XTR4 will not crack and will protect my new very expensive phone and screen. This tempered glass screen is made out of graphene, which is one of the strongest materials int he world. I also like that this screen protector comes with a blue light filter - which is supposed to help with sleep disruption and eye comfort. The technology is this screen protector ensures maximum touch sensitivity and provides a smooth surface for frictionless swiping. Even though this is a little more pricy than some other screens I have used int he past - this will be worth it if I don't have to replace a cracked screen in the future. ZAGG says if the ZTR4 screen protector ever gets worn or damaged, they will replace it for as long as you own your device. Can't beat that!

Too hard. I have had iPhones with various other screen protectors over the years and when I bought the 16 Pro I decided on this $60 “best ever” screen protector to protect my investment. I have on my 3rd replacement in 4 months! Dropped the phone and it shatters! I think it is too hard making it subject to easy failure. It is lifetime guaranteed, but I have to pay the geek squad $8 every time to replace it. Go with a less hard, maybe a $30 Screen protector instead… they will still protect your screen and maybe not shatter so easily.
