Miscommunication

I received misinformation from the Best Buy rep, stating my bill would decrease, it did not. Additionally since I purchased from a 3rd party store, Verizon gave me a headache in trying to return my trade-ins for the upgrades. 3 weeks, 3 Verizon representatives and 2 managers later I’m hoping I receive the return shipping label I was promised so I can end my frustration.

Never Had a Problem with Zagg

Love the warranty

The warranty though is top notch. Im a fedex driver, ive broken 10 or 11 protectors in two years and you just walk the old one into best buy and they hand you a brand new one. Cant beat it!
