I’ve cracked mine three times in the last year and they immediately ship me a new one every time!! So worth the buy!

I have a tremor and drop my phone often. The screen protector will crack, but the phone has always been protected. In my opinion, it has always done it’s job for me!

I brought it back to best buy & they replaced it.
