I bought this on September 21, 2024 and today I barely dropped it not even 2 feet and it’s already shattered. my question is it says 11x times stronger… Where? I will be getting a refund!

I’ve been using the ZAGG screen protector on my phone for a few months now, and I honestly couldn’t be happier. The installation was super easy with their included tools, and it went on perfectly—no bubbles, no dust, just smooth and clean. What really impressed me is how durable it is. I’ve dropped my phone a couple of times, and the screen protector took the hit like a champ—no cracks, no scratches, and most importantly, my actual screen is still flawless underneath. The shield works very well and adds a durable layer of protection to the touchscreen. I learned my lesson the hard way after I chose not to invest in a shield on my iPhone 11 Pro Max and had my trade in value brought down to next to nothing because of a small scratch on the glass. This shield has clear online installation instructions and comes with a handy installation kit. The minor issue I had is there were bubbles in the center of the shield that required several minutes of pressing down hard before they went away. A minor inconvenience, but still not the quick across-and-up slide of the finger to apply as shown. I read reviews where others indicated they could no longer reliably use the touch screen after installing the shield. This is not a problem – however be sure you spend the time to work out all the bubbles. While a worthwhile investment, the price tag makes the value of the product less than a best buy.

I just got the new iPhone 16 Pro Max and the first accessory for me is the case and the glass protector! I hate the idea of covering up my screen but I hate the idea of a shattered screen even more! I started out with an online knock-off brand to save a little money but quickly noticed the screen sensitivity was lacking not to mention the setup was problematic to say the least…bubbles and a poor application template. Time to go with the pro’s - ZAGG InvisibleShield Glass XTR4 Advanced Edge-to-Edge Screen Protector. It was more expensive to be sure but you get what you pay for. I noticed just how crisp and clear the screen was. It doesn’t even look like I have a screen protector on it which I love. It is truly edge-to-edge with two different cases I use it with. The sensitivity is perfect. I noticed on some reviews they mention sensitivity…I have not noticed any loss…it’s crips and responsive and I never need a second swipe. I think some of that is the material maybe but I also really liked the template that you use to put it on. It’s important to watch their little video. I found that just setting the glass on the template and not pressing it down at first allows for you to swipe the glass left to right down the center and top to bottom to allow a smooth bubble-free application onto the phone. It was super easy. To be fair, I cannot attest to how strong it is because I do not plan to drop it to find out! I also really like the blue light filtration as well and that they are using 30% recycled glass. Nice touch. Overall I highly recommend the XTR4! Does a great job. Hopefully I will never need to find out if it really is 11 times stronger!

I’m very happy with this screen protector. It was easy to put on using the included tray, and it fits the screen perfectly. There were no bubbles, and everything lined up just right. One of the things I like most is that it doesn’t leave fingerprints. The screen stays clean and smooth, and it still feels really nice to use. Touch sensitivity is just as good as without a protector. The screen looks clear and bright, and I feel like my phone is well protected. I would definitely buy this again and recommend it to others.

Great screen protector! Love buying zag as lifetime warranty and easy to replace. They willl replace for free and bestbuy can put it on or it’s easy enough to put in yourself

Geek squad got me all set up by installing the screen protector same day as I purchased. Went on smoothly and doesn’t seem to have impact the clarity of the screen. This particular screen protector hasn’t taken any “hits” so far but seems to be holding up well and have had good success with the brand in the past so even though it is a little more expensive I would buy again for piece of mind in keeping my more expensive phone screen protected.

Excellent screen protector! I love having it on my phone because it protects the screen really well. If the phone falls, the screen protector breaks, but my screen remains completely protected.

I’ve used Zagg products for the past 4 iPhones and a my most current iPad Air (spanning about 12 years) and have always found them to be reliable screen protectors. The same is true for this current XTR4 product for my iPhone 16 pro max. I’ve only had it a few days but trust the product. It was easy to install and we had no issues with bubbles or anything like that. I think the screen sensitivity is fine, but I have heavy hands. There have been a few times where I gently touch a corner of the phone and won’t get a response, but it has not been an annoyance or a regular occurrence. I will happily trade an extra touch on the screen for added protection. Don’t forget to register your product for the lifetime warranty. A Best Buy employee can help with the install if necessary.

This is my go to product for durability and protection of my phone. Investing so much into an electronic device means taking care of it. With my unlucky self, I’ve dropped my phone more times than I can count. This protector comes quite in handy. When it’s, destroyed, I can easily go back to Best Buy and get a replacement.

This is a high-quality screen protector that is very simple to install. I don't drop my phone, but since I used to live very close to a beach, sand often gets into my pockets and scratches my phone screen. I'm glad I found a screen protector that helps me avoid permanent scratches on my phone. I also haven't scratched the screen protector yet, so it appears to handle sand and things pretty well.

I always use Zagg InvisibleShield Glass screen protectors for my devices. They are easy to apply and I never have bubbles that won't go away in an hour or so. They are clear so they don't detract from your phone's screen and they offer great protection from scratching and low impact hits.

Really a great screen protector. I dont know what they did different from tier to tier, but this one has been dropped numerous times without breaking. The other low priced options would have shattered every time. The touch sensitivity is great, along with clarity of the screen.
