When my brand new iPhone 16 Pro Max was accidentally dropped, it looked bad. I was certain the front phone screen was damaged. Before initiating a replacement request, I swung by Best Buy for their opinion about the damage. The associate did not hesitate, grabbed a new ZAGG XTR4 Edge-to-Edge off the shelf, and replaced the screen protector. Underneath the shattered screen protector, my phone was in perfect condition! The ZAGG screen protector sacrificed itself to protect the phone. Screen protectors have come a long way.

I bought this and a casetify case the moment i got my phone. I will say the only issue i have is a can't do swipe text as smoothly. I guess it's supposed to be a good thing considering anti fingerprint technology, but other than that, i have no issues. They're extremely easy to put on but you have to be quick between stickering and applying the screen. You should have nothing more than a few minor bubbles if any at all if it's done correctly. And I'm a bby employee, but we don't get trained to do it. You just... do it. And if you mess up, just exchange it or try again. If you have bbytotal, bby or geeksquad will do it for free. Otherwise its 7.99. I've had mine for a little over a months. No scratches or cracks so far.

Zagg screen protectors have remained top notch over the years. It has been tested and trusted. I have been using Zagg products on all my phones (various brands) and I have not been disappointed by the quality or durability. I highly recommend this product to anyone looking to protect his/her phone screen.

With the purchased of the iPhone 16Pro we also got a case and screen protector. Within 12 hours the protector was cracked as the result of putting the phone in a pants pocket with other items and then sitting down. (Historically, I average a cracked screen protector every 2 months.) Returned to the store and paid the difference to upgrade to the ZAGG XTR4. Three months later and no problems. Couldn't be happier with the products (phone, case, protector), the price and the service. This is the 4th iPhone and accessories purchased from Best Buy and won't be the last.

The screen protector works great. Its clear and BBYs policy to help me replace them makes it totally worth it.

This is a very tough and durable screen protector. Feels nice to the touch.

An amazing screen protector love the lifetime warranty. Everyone is going to break their screen protector at one point or another. It’s great to have this. And then the amazing staff at Best Buy is quick to find the replacement and then remove the broken screen protector, and apply the new one perfectlyit love the service.

This is by far the best shield I have purchased. It’s worth the money especially if you drop things like I have done previously. Easy to clean and strong. I’ve had this shield since May of 2025. Had my phone replaced “due to audio issues” and sent in for Apple repair. Each time my shield was replaced no questions asked. Just make sure that you remove the shield prior to any replacement or Apple warranty repair. Each time i went to BB and they replaced the shield.

So far the glass shield has held up a lot better than the privacy screen and the glass protector that was cheaper. Hopefully this will be my last upgrade to the phone seeing as I just got it and have been through two screens in a week and a half.

The screen protector is impressively durable and did its job well. I accidentally dropped my phone from the roof—while the protector cracked, my actual phone screen remained completely intact. What stood out even more was the excellent customer service and the ease of getting a free replacement. Truly appreciated!

I went in for a scren protector and it was the only iphone16 pro max protector available. I was a bit doubtful on wanting to spend about 80 dollars on this protector but given that it has a lifetime warranty and I can come in to replace it whenever its damaged made me a bit more sure of wanting to purchase it. Ive dropped my phone many times and its still holding strong with no cracks or scratches. Im very satisfied with this product.

Overall the screen protector is great, I hardly know it’s there. Only downside is if you get a low profile case it doesn’t go up to the screen protector, but that’s related to the case not the protector. So far I’ve broken it once or twice from major drops but it’s protected my phone screen very well. And it took a good hit face down to break the protector.

With the lifetime warranty Zach provides and Best Buy honors it’s phenomenal. The screen protector itself is extremely durable and the fact that when it does inevitable crack, I’m a clumsy person, they make the exchange process amazing for me. This product is the best screen protector I’ve used on any of my phones.

The Zagg screen protector gets the job done. Dropping my phone doesn’t phase it. Only under extreme conditions does it crack and then I go to BestBuy and get it replaced for free because of the warranty on screen protector for the life of my phone.

Honestly the tact on the fingers its very good, also its very durable and the most important, has warranty for life so if this product breaks you can go and replace it, even if the price its higher than any others you could fin in the market , thats a game changer policy and thats the reason we always purchase this protectors in our family

I am highly satisfied with this screen protector. Its exceptional strength and the inclusion of blue eye protection, particularly considering my extended phone usage, are commendable. When I originally bought this screen protector, I thought it was overpriced. But after taking my phone hiking traveling, and every other shenanigan, I never realized how important it was. This phone screen protector has a lifetime warranty and every time I crack it I'm able to bring it in and they'll give me a new one for free. I spent $50 on it but now I feel like I got back double or triple my investment.

ZAGG invisible shield glass is an excellent product. Replacement at Best Buy was handled quickly professionally and made me want to buy products at Best Buy again.

I got the replacement plan on this and it works great they did not have it in store so they had it delivered to me at home. I t works great to protect my i phone 16 pro max. It is difficult to put on but instead of having geek squad do it paying 8.00 go to service provider they will do it for you for free. But this is great for those not technology savy. The more you know. My daughter tried it had it on backwards. they are not really durable but it shatters instead of the glass on phone.
