Protective screen cracked but phone is okay

My actual phone screen was okay which I know is the whole purpose but didn't think the protective screen should have cracked so easily. I registered the product on the Zagg site and got another one for free but had to pay the $7.99 shipping cost. My replacement screen has been fine for over 5 months now.

quality control issues

I wish I went with an all-in-one case method but that wasn't available on release because of unforeseen issues with employees.
