Free lifetime replacement is a play on words. Yes, if they still stock your model you can go to Best Buy for replacement, no charge. However, once they don't, you have to contact Zagg and they will send you a free one, but you have to pay the $10 shipping charge, every time. Buy a cheaper one since nothing lasts forever, even cold November rain.

Trash, was a plastic film that didnt adjere well. Go to a place and have them put it in for you.

I am quite disappointed. I had asked specifically about it working with the biometrics and they said no problem. It doesnt catch my fingerprint most times. I even redid the print after installatiion and it didnt help

Once again Best Buy let me down! I won't go through all the other times but this time my smartphone case was supposed to be in 5 days ago and still no word! You think I'd know better by now! Won't know how good it is honestly until I get it. I was hoping!?

Did not stay adhered to the phone screen. Within a couple of weeks it had bubbles underneath it . Not my choice to purchase this product again.

I found that this cracked after just a few days. Best Buy replaced it for free, but wasn't impressed with the quality. I replaced it with a better product which is more durable.

Overpriced product! Failed to detect fingerprint 9 out of 10 times. Corners lifted about 2 weeks after installing it.

This screen protector works great for this Samsung phone

Samsung did away with the sim card, the headphone jack. You cannot add individual contact ringtone Overpriced for what they don't give you

For the original price paid of $39.99, it is peeling after only two weeks. I have never had a screen protector do this ever. The ladt one I hadforover two years withno issues, only got replaced to do a repair on phone. I will be returning for a new one with a price adjustment or a refund.

Disappointed so far. I can only hope that the impact and scratch resistance is better than the install and fingerprint resistance. After wasting $40 and trying to install it myself I bought another one and had Best Buy install it which was fine but there is a small nick in one side so it looks like the store employee had a problem as well. As far as fingerprints, I'm constantly having to wipe them off as the screen gets smudged with fingerprints very quickly. So far definitely not worth the cost.

Well, this was impossible to install. The first one was a disaster. I purchased a second one to attempt it again as this was the recommended screen protector for my new S21+ 5G phone. Second failed attempt, out the cost of 2 protectors, i have abandoned this product. Very disappointed. I really would have preferred to use this. The installation video was not like real life, and the attempts to wash or otherwise clean the tacky surface to reuse it were epic fails.

I didnt really like this ZAGG protector, it is not glass and I dropped my phone within the first month and my screen broke. I had to get a replacement.

Bubbled within 48 hours. Name of product leads you to believe it’s a glass protection screen saver.

This screen protector is pretty useless. Following the instructions, it says to remove the second top protective covering which has a little tab sticking out at the top. It doesn't separate properly and ended up pulling the whole corner up. Once you pull it up, the application is ruined. Will try and get my money back but I highly doubt they will. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! Plenty of better quality products out there from other sources.

Bought a new s21. The environment i work in is rough, so i wanted a screen protector. EASY INSTALLATION. Its a lie, spend an hour on trying to work out the bubbles with the poor excuse for a squeegee they give you. Ended up damaging the product and have to remove it. Great way to waste money if you don't care. If i could rate this a negitive i would. I would even pay to rate it negitive.

Disappointing product, there is a rainbow effect that I cant stand, ordered a different type to replace this product

Look elsewhere, this item is hard to get one and basically does not stay on the phone. Get another brand

Looks nice, but very inconsistent registering fingerprints even with touch sensitivity turned up. Going to return if I can.

This screen protector is not a good one. Mine is already dented and is lifted. Not worth the money spent.
