It started to bubble after a few days. Returning it.

Item was not as described and just would not stick on

First protector cracked before I could even put it on the phone then i tried to put the other one on and it cracked within the first 48 hours.

This isn't really a glass product but a strong ultra clear plastic film. The package instructions for applying the protective film are in english and french and although they include pictures, they are not clear enough to figure out how to apply the film perfectly. Zagg has a short video on their website to show how to apply the protective film. I highly recommend you watch the video before starting. If you don't apply the protective film exactly as Zagg describes, it's going to look bad when the phone screen is off: the protective film will repeatedly come off the screen in the areas it is misaligned; you will end up with bubbles; and if you use a protective case (like an Otter Box), the case may push the protective film off of the edge of the screen. Having provided these cautions, the film is truly invisible when the phone screen is on and the touch sensitivity is as good as having no protector at all. I doubt the film will ever crack like glass protectors but it might scratch. You won't see any of these imperfections when the phone screen is lit but if you care what the screen looks like when off, be extra careful to follow instructions.

Live that it protects my phone's screen but it is always smeared with fingerprints.

I like the screen, is easy enough to install but does not interact well with the OtterBox casing. Casing tends to flex and peel up the screen around the edges. Overall though it has done a good job protecting my screen against scratches etc and I have just been resealing it as it peels up. If you have a case with less aggressive edges then it would be a good fit.

These covers are legit, the guys at the henrietta location are amazing and super helpful. Paying to have it put on and using the warranty with them is super easy and amazing.

This screen protector has only its clearness as a redeemer, but this is the most delicate protector I've ever had. My protector has a large circle of micro-scratches from the one time I wiped it with my cotton shirt and now I make sure I only use a glasses cleaning cloth. My fingernail apparently grazed it just wrong and left a permanent dent in it. I'm worried about using the new S-Pen on it for drawing, even with the softer tips. I applied the screen protector properly and avoided using the phone too often afterwards to allow it to properly cure and it still bubbles at the edges and now things are getting under to the edges of my screen such as lint and dust. I paid more for this screen protector than I ever have on others and I can't say that I feel as though the price was worth it. Yes, you get the warranty for replacements for a small price, but I honestly feel like I will have to buy a new one every month and I'm not someone that is rough with my phone. I gave it two stars just because it clearly protected my screen from scratches and doesn't give my screen a hazy appearance that others I've used in the past, but I'm shocked because I've never had a screen protector look so beat up from average use.

Amazing, it gives me confidence that my phone screen will not crack or break if my phone ever falls in the floor, and prevent me from fixing a phone screen that could cost me $300 dollars if it ever broke.

Horrible screen protector. Always difficult to install, always peels and who would buy a screen protector for this much money? Talk about a rip off.

I picked this screen protector up in-store about a week a go and I absolutely hate that I wasted 40 bucks on it. This was the product recommended to me by the employees but it sucks worse than Wal-Marts ONN brand tbh. The edges of the protector dont stick to the sides of my phone screen so there is already a ton of dust and pocket lint collecting there and it looks horrible. And there are deep indents in the face of the protector just from it being pressed against stuff in my purse. The only plus is that bestbuy told me when i buy it i get free replacements in store but so i will be taking advantage of that as much as I can.

It's a great screen protector but have a pro install it if you can. There may be some ripples in the screen protector but they do not affect the view at all. It pretty much feels like glass but it is not 100% glass. I would give it five stars but the slight imperfections are not great but it is much better than the film type protectors I was using.

Best buy ever! Love the protection, this is my third time buying and will continue for future screens

The shield has successfully protected my phone for almost two years. Although the shield itself got scratched, the phone did not and the shield is easily replaceable.

Screen protector fine, the associate who changed and put this new one on did a bad job. the bottom corners are not sticking and there is dirt under the screen in 2 places

Definitely doesn't feel like a glass finish.. I had bubbles at first the next say they were all gone except the corner still kinda bubbles every now and then.. it isn't smudge resistant what so ever. The fingerprint scanner works but it's trash.. with out the screen protector it's so much faster and accurate... and for some cases I could imagine the edges being pulled up since it's like a film... installing was a breeze if you have patience for stuff like that.

Zagg is a great product and the warranty is amazing. This screen protector kelp my screen from cracking when I drop my phone.

This is a horrible design, as said by several other reviews, this is NOT glass, its flimsy plastic that does not fit, and does not stick to the screen, and as others have said the sides don't stick, and I have bubbles under the screen that come back.
